Who is it for?

This program is for all ages and not just something that we consider when reaching later years. Death happens to us all and so having conversations when you are fit and well is so much easier than waiting until a diagnosis arrives. We plan for many of life’s occasions, some of which are optional, but death is most certainly a certainty, so let’s take the taboo out of this dialogue and start talking earlier.

Making it a regular conversation instead of one that is approached with trepidation is much more helpful for everyone. It’s great to take steps in talking about this topic instead of trying to avoid the inevitable.

So many people reach a point where they need to speak about these things and the conversation is difficult because it is left too late. So lets get ourselves on the front foot and take those steps in normalising the planning and conversations on death and dying and bring back the grace to this natural part of the cycle of life.
